Subject: Chief Executive Officer Peter Williamson, Benthic Geotech's Chief Executive Officer (CEO) tendered his resignation to the Board in December 2011. During Peter's tenure, Benthic grew from a small Sydney-based R&D project to a business that now delivers its services across five continents, with offices in Sydney, Singapore and Houston. The Board has appointed Greg Fyffe, Benthic Geotech's Business Development Manager, as Acting CEO, pending the results of an executive search process to identify a candidate either internal or external to succeed Peter as CEO. This process may take some months. Steven Stuart has taken on the role of Business Development Manager to succeed Greg. The Benthic Geotech senior executive team is experienced and enjoys strong relationships with all our key clients and suppliers.
